By placing an order with Divine Technologies Limited, through the ChequePrinter site, you are accepting these Terms & Conditions. Please read these Terms & Conditions before placing an order.

In these Terms & Conditions

"We" and "Us" means ChequePrinter and Divine Technologies Limited.

"You" means the person or company placing an order.

By using the website to buy products online, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.

You can download the trial product from www.chequeprinter.net and use for 30 cheque print with full product feature. To make it active for unlimited print you will need License Key which will be delivered against your order. Please note that License Key will not be sent until we receive payment or authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is any delay in getting authorization and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.

After placing the order you will have to send your PC serial number in which you want to use the ChequePrinter. To get your PC serial number follow “How to get License” link from the website footer. Send the serial number from your registered email ID to support@divineit.net.

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we send the License Key. Please see the Contact us page for our telephone number. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order.

Once the License Key is delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.

Prices throughout the website are quoted in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka), and payment can only be accepted in BDT.

VAT/Tax is applicable on ordered items as per Bangladesh Gov. policy.

While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has been changed immediately after your placing order.

Your payment card will be debited for your order at the time the order is placed. By submitting an online order with Divine Technologies Limited. through the ChequePrinter website, you expressly agree not to request a ‘charge back’ of any fees or payments for said orders, and that no dispute with Divine Technologies Limited will be raised with or adjudicated by the credit card company.

After acceptance of your order, PC serial number and payment authorisation you will be receiving the User name(License to), email(for license activation) and License Key along with support contact details through your registered email ID (Given during signup) within 24 Hr. For further assistance you will have to communicate through support ticketing system.

As ChequePrinter is a single PC License it will only work in the PC you have delivered Serial number for.

For PC damage or PC change you will need new License Key for the new PC. For that you have to contact us through sales@divine.technology with your registered details and old License Key. After justification we will provide you new License Key for new PC.

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions for buying products online from time to time. If this happens, we will notify you by posting the new Terms & Conditions for buying products online on the website. If you do not wish to be governed by the revised Terms & Conditions for buying products online, you must not place any further orders.

These Terms & Conditions for buying products online are governed by the law of the Bangladesh and you and we agree to use the Bangladesh courts if any dispute arise.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions for buying products online is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.

It is your responsibility maintain the confidentiality of the product details, all credentials, License Key and service contract between you and us.
